Zanegrowth built the AIDERY™️ Connect and AIDERY™️ Caregiver apps as a Freemium app. These SERVICE are provided by Zanegrowth at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

As you allow us to connect with your Third-Party Accounts (Google, or Apple). So we may use your physical activities and health data such as steps, calories, heart rate, blood glucose etc. to store and analyze the fitness and health indicators on our service. In case of your Google account connected with our service, we may use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The personal data we collect, use and disclose (which includes sensitive personal data as provided in the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, as amended from time to time, and other relevant applicable laws and regulations), includes the following:

Your personal data which enables your identification, such as your name, surname, identification numbers, passport numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses and other contact details, date of birth, occupation, photographs, marital status and information about your dependants, and Biometric data;
Your health and medical information such as medical history, medical examination, medical investigation, consultation history, prescriptions, notes, treatments, and description of medical services rendered medical reports.
Your physical activities such as movement, walking steps, walking distance, calories, heart rate, and sleep.
